You are going to be an ambassador for the 4Door™ eLearning Approach. You will explain the principles and procedures associated with this approach to the decisionmakers in your organization to persuade them to champion your design projectr. Later, you will explain the approach to the participants so that they would go through the eLearning course with great engagement and efficiency.

In this Module 1, you learned the essentials of the 4Door™ Approach. More importantly, you experienced this approach as a participant.

For this assginment, we want you to prepare a brief write-up on the 4Door™ Approach so you can share it with others.

Prepare

1. Think about the people who will be reading your piece.
2. Prepare an outline for your piece. Include different components of the 4Door™ approach and the procedure recommended to the participants.
3. Write a draft of your piece.
4. Edit your piece with the criteria listed below. Revise to make it complete, concise, and crisp.
5. Ask someone else to read your piece and give you feedback. Revise the material on the basis of the feedback.

Criteria

1. Complete? Make sure you have included information about the four sections of the eLearning course and what the participants are encouraged to do with them.
2. Concise? Avoid unnecessary details and verbiage.
3. Conversational? Avoid unnecessary jargon and lengthy explanations.
