MODULE III: The Assessment Center

The module has several key objectives. They include:

• Determine what makes a good assessment or performance test
• Learn how to design and develop Assessment Center activities
• Identify technical lessons learned with regard to the Assessment Center
• Develop the Assessment Center for a module in your course
